You may be wondering...

Do account journeys update in real time?

No, by default, Account Journeys refreshes weekly, not on a live feed. Need it fresher? Daily refresh is available as a paid upgrade. Vector deliberately isn’t trying to be a real-time activity stream; the funnel and timeline reflect the most recent complete pass.

Can I see how each buyer in the committee contributed to the journey?

Yes. The timeline breaks out a row per contact you’re tracking most closely, sitting right alongside the company-level signal row: the same timeline, not a separate view you have to switch to.

Can I choose the events that get shown in account journeys?

Yes. If one signal type is cluttering an account’s timeline, you can hide it from view there without turning the underlying signal off: it keeps firing and feeding stage and score, it just stops showing up in the feed.
