Your software access will be provisioned immediately upon successful purchase. You will receive login credentials and access instructions via email to begin using the service right away.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for our software services. All purchases are final. We encourage potential customers to thoroughly review our features and documentation, and to contact our sales team with any questions before making a purchase.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your subscription:

  • Contact our support team at least 30 days before your desired cancellation date
  • Enterprise customers should refer to their specific service agreement, as cancellation terms may vary
  • Cancellation requests will be processed within 2 business days of receipt
  • Access to the service will continue until the end of the current billing period
